In a viral video, a woman in a blue uniform repeatedly kicks an elderly man sitting on the ground. The elderly man appears to be saying something in a dialect, but he is soon struck with a tool by the woman. It was later confirmed that the woman in the video works at the Huangpu District Bund Subdistrict Community Health Service Center. A few days later, the elderly man passed away from the injuries.
