Community volunteer Meng Qinggong suddenly suffered a heart attack at home on the evening of April 24. Due to being unable to get an ambulance, his wife drove him to the hospital, but it was already beyond the golden window for treatment, and he passed away after failed resuscitation efforts. During the April lockdown, the community was divided into four zones for management, and Meng Qinggong eagerly volunteered to serve as the "section leader" for the third zone. As the "section leader," he worked tirelessly for 25 days, from March 31 to April 24. Meng Qinggong was always the first to go out, picking up protective equipment and distributing tasks to the volunteers in his zone. He was responsible for delivering antigen test kits to residents, offering one-on-one services, wearing full protective gear, delivering packages, carrying trash, and disinfecting supplies before moving them to the community shelves. Beyond his volunteer role, Meng Qinggong worked in the field of large aircraft.
