During the Shanghai lockdown, Yicai (First Financial) conducted in-depth interviews with multiple food delivery riders. Using their observations, the report aims to convey how the city continued to operate, while as faithfully as possible portraying the work and life changes experienced by this labor group during this extraordinary period, showing how they sustained their livelihoods and implemented epidemic prevention measures to prevent virus transmission through the circulation of goods.
