A man dressed in red, wearing both a mask and face shield, stood his ground against multiple police officers and epidemic control personnel, calmly articulating legal arguments.The man in red clearly outlined four key points:1.The exercise of public power must be authorized by law.2.The “hard lockdown” blocks fire escape routes, violating the Fire Protection Law.3.Police officers in uniform participating in the lockdown are exceeding their authority, which is also unlawful.4.The “hard lockdown” lacks any legal basis, and therefore, residents of the compound refuse to comply.
